Concision is building a modern spreadsheet and workflow platform. As a Sales Manager at Concision, you’ll be responsible for selling a new product category with clear ROI and strong inbound pull.

Our AI-native spreadsheet allows users to automate manual research, process thousands of documents in minutes, and extract valuable insights from the web, all within a simple and intuitive interface. As our first Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our commercial growth, building the foundation of our sales organization and bringing Concision to the world's most innovative companies.

  • Build the Sales Playbook: You will design and implement the sales strategies, processes, and methodologies that will scale with our company for years to come.

  • Shape the Product Roadmap: You will be the voice of the customer, working directly with our product and engineering teams to translate market feedback into new features and use cases.

  • Drive Mission-Critical Adoption: You will be selling a solution that powers essential workflows. When you succeed, our customers avoid costly errors, accelerate their operations, and unlock new growth opportunities.

  • Pioneer a New Market: You will be responsible for educating the market on the power of AI-driven data processing and establishing Concision as the leader in this emerging category.

Role

  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, managing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.

  • Refine our ideal customer profile (ICP) and identify key markets and use cases for proactive outreach.

  • Conduct compelling product demos that showcase the power and simplicity of the Concision platform, tailored to the specific pain points of each prospect.

  • Work directly with the CEO and CTO to set and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

  • Help build out our go-to-market team and culture as we grow.

  • Utilize our own platform to automate your research and prospecting, demonstrating the value of our product through your own work.
